We have completed the design development phase with an updated architectural drawing package. You may review this drawing package in the linked image below. We are still working towards optimizing the clubhouse plans, but this will help get us through the next steps of structural design and city approvals. We are still aiming to break ground in June or July. Stay tuned for further progress.
