Civil Engineering & Soils Evaluation
3rd Space Garages has completed some soils evaluation work to help us complete civil engineering, site layout, and storm water evaluation. All these steps are required by the city and will help us finalize building plans. We are looking forward to some good progress in the coming weeks.

Civil Engineering
We are excited to announce we’ve hired Quam Engineering to progress our site and utility design which will get us through the next steps towards permitting. Some of the design we are working through storm water drainage, site slope, exterior lighting, landscaping, etc.

Construction Timeline
We are in the design and approval phase currently. The goal is to have a final design and permitting complete by May 2024 and begin construction in June. Completion is intended for December of 2024. Stay tuned to this blog page for updates.
