We continue to make good progress at 3rd Space Garages. It seems like more than half our work went into the ground in the form of site utilities, earth work, under slab utilities, slabs, and foundations. Now we are to the point where big changes appear to move more quickly. The south steel building arrived 9 days ago, and here we are with a standing frame already. The north building steel will arrive next week and it will start going up the following week. Contractors are still projecting an early January completion (though I wouldn’t be surprised if that slips a week or two).
