The clubhouse is a place for like minded individuals to collaborate and connect over their hobbies. Visit your neighbor to see what their working on, then go shoot the bull over a beverage in the clubhouse. Or gather a few friends and watch the big game.
All unit owners will have clubhouse access. Owners will also have the ability to reserve the clubhouse for a personal gathering. A condo association will be setup to maintain the clubhouse and common areas.
